Warranty Period
LYHFPV digital products are covered by a 1-year warranty. The warranty for products ordered on www.lyhfpv will automatically be extended to a 2-year warranty.
Returns
We want you to be totally psyched about the products you purchase from LYHFPV's webstore at LYHFPV@outlook.com. If at any time within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund. No questions asked. Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund under the *LYHFPV Refund Policy below. Also, associated shipping fees, duties, taxes, and carrier surcharges (“Landed Costs”)are not refundable.
LYHFPV Refund Policy:
- Except for product quality issues: When the product is sent out, there is a high probability that it can be returned within 1-2 days, because it has not yet arrived at the customs inspection.When the product has arrived at the customs inspection office, the product cannot be returned and cannot be returned for a refund.If there are any problems with the product, please feel free to contact us to deal with it.
 - For product quality issues: Please contact us within 7 working days and we will process them.
 
Replacements
LYHFPV will replace your product or part if it has a manufacturing defect that is covered by the *LYHFPV Warranty below:
- BEFORE sending anything to LYHFPV, please contact our Customer Service Team by clicking here.
 - If our Customer Service Team determines that your product qualifies for warranty coverage, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
 - Prepare product for, return to LYHFPV.
 - Write your RMA number on the outside of the box and send to the appropriate address.
 
LYHFPV Warranty:
You are eligible to exchange a product if one of the following situations has occurred:
- The product is damaged during shipping, and you have proof of the damage from the carrier or transporter.
 - The product is significantly different from its description in one or more aspects.
 - The product is defective and the defects are not caused by misuse, improper handling, or force majeure.
 
Costs for Replacements
- Within 30 calendar days of the date that you receive the product: Free replacement with free shipping.
 - Within 31-90 calendar days of the date that you received the product: Free replacement. The customer should expect to pay 30 USD for shipping.
 - Above 91 calendar days of the date you received the product: We charge a handling/repair fee that varies according to the product.
