Warranty Period

LYHFPV digital products are covered by a 1-year warranty. The warranty for products ordered on www.lyhfpv will automatically be extended to a 2-year warranty.

Returns

We want you to be totally psyched about the products you purchase from LYHFPV's webstore at LYHFPV@outlook.com. If at any time within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund. No questions asked. Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund under the *LYHFPV Refund Policy below. Also, associated shipping fees, duties, taxes, and carrier surcharges (“Landed Costs”)are not refundable.

LYHFPV Refund Policy:

  1. Except for product quality issues: When the product is sent out, there is a high probability that it can be returned within 1-2 days, because it has not yet arrived at the customs inspection.When the product has arrived at the customs inspection office, the product cannot be returned and cannot be returned for a refund.If there are any problems with the product, please feel free to contact us to deal with it.
  2. For product quality issues: Please contact us within 7 working days and we will process them.

Replacements

LYHFPV will replace your product or part if it has a manufacturing defect that is covered by the *LYHFPV Warranty below:

  1. BEFORE sending anything to LYHFPV, please contact our Customer Service Team by clicking here.
  2. If our Customer Service Team determines that your product qualifies for warranty coverage, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  3. Prepare product for, return to LYHFPV.
  4. Write your RMA number on the outside of the box and send to the appropriate address.

LYHFPV Warranty:

You are eligible to exchange a product if one of the following situations has occurred:

  1. The product is damaged during shipping, and you have proof of the damage from the carrier or transporter.
  2. The product is significantly different from its description in one or more aspects.
  3. The product is defective and the defects are not caused by misuse, improper handling, or force majeure.

Costs for Replacements

  1. Within 30 calendar days of the date that you receive the product: Free replacement with free shipping.
  2. Within 31-90 calendar days of the date that you received the product: Free replacement. The customer should expect to pay 30 USD for shipping.
  3. Above 91 calendar days of the date you received the product: We charge a handling/repair fee that varies according to the product.
